How does booking work?+
Booking is a breeze! Just click on “Book With Us” and fill in the details. We’ll confirm the date and send you a service invoice with a link for a $100 deposit, which will lock in your reservation. Within a few weeks of your event, we’ll finalize your print template. We do not book your event until the deposit is made.
How does payment work?+
To reserve the photo booth for your date, you’ll need to make a $100 deposit. Don’t worry, it’s refundable if you decide to cancel. Just seven to fourteen days before your event, you’ll get an invoice for the final payment. You can pay it in advance or when we arrive. We’ve got you covered with a variety of payment options: cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, ACH Bank Transfers, Venmo, and Zelle.
Is the set-up time included in the time clients pay for?+
We don’t charge for setting up or taking down the booth. You only pay for the time you use it. Our photo booth takes about 30-60 minutes to set up. We usually arrive an hour early just in case we need more time to set up and be ready to start on time. The breakdown is also 30-60 minutes.
How much space will you need for the booth? Can the booths go outside?+
An 8 ft. x 8 ft. space is needed for the open air photo booth and 10ft. x 10 ft. space for the 360 video booth. Our photo booth can be set up outdoors on a flat surface that’s protected from the sun and wind. We’ll work with you to find the perfect spot to make sure your guests have the best experience possible. Just a heads up, outdoor setups can be affected by weather like rain or wind. If there’s a covered area available, we’d love to set it up there to avoid any issues during your event. And guess what? Photos look their best in a shaded area! You are also welcome to make your own custom backdrop or use a wall at your venue as the backdrop!
How many people can fit inside the booths?+
The open air photo booth can fit max about 10 people.
Do you have insurance?+
Yes. Click n Smile is fully insured. We can provide insurance certificates to venues upon request.
Can you set up the booth and return later?+
We have some idle time available, so we can set up early before your guests arrive or close for a while during your event. Just a heads up, this is an additional fee.
When will I receive my online photo gallery?+
Your online gallery will be ready in next day or two. You'll receive an email with a link when it's ready.
